Hey guys, 

If you read my blog, or you see my posts and you are wanting to hear more, or just join in, I have compiled a list of resources for reference! These include apps, websites, blogs, books and more! Most of these resources were mentioned on the podcast I listen to, "Half Size Me", but some other resources I've come across are in there too. Most of these people focus on maintainable, sustainable weight loss, small habit changes over time, and overall wellness.
